Philippine Airlines, often referred to as PAL, is the national carrier of the Philippines and was the first commercial airline established in Asia. Operating from its hub at Manila's Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The airline currently flies to over 20 domestic cities within the Philippines and over 30 international destinations across the Pacific Rim. Current North American gateways include San Francisco, Los Angeles, Honolulu, Las Vegas, and Vancouver. Newer aircraft are equipped with cutting-edge "eFX" inflight entertainment Audio/Video On-Demand (AVOD) systems.
